Get Off Cat Repellent 600ml is an easy-to-use outdoor scatter granule treatment designed to discourage cats from scratching, digging and fouling in gardens. Formulated with aromatic plant oil on an inert clay base, the granules gradually release their repellent scent around treated areas to help encourage unwanted feline visitors to go elsewhere.
Ideal for protecting lawns, flower beds, borders and other suitable garden areas, Get Off Cat Repellent can be scattered directly where unwanted cat activity is occurring. It is particularly useful where cats repeatedly return to the same patch of soil, lawn or gravel to dig or foul.
The 600ml pack provides a convenient treatment for larger garden areas and is supplied ready to scatter, with no mixing, dilution or spraying required.
Cats rely heavily on scent when deciding where to visit, mark territory, dig and foul. This is one reason the same garden locations can be visited repeatedly.
Get Off Cat Repellent uses aromatic plant oil in a granular formulation to make treated areas less attractive to cats. The granules are scattered across the location requiring protection, creating a repellent treatment around the area.
For the best results, existing fouling should be removed before treatment. Holes and scratchings in soil or gravel should also be raked out so that the area does not continue to provide familiar visual and scent cues.
The granules are intended for outdoor garden use and are particularly useful for locations where cats repeatedly scratch, dig or foul.
| Lawns | Helps discourage cats from fouling and disturbing treated lawn areas. |
|---|---|
| Flower beds | Useful where loose soil attracts cats for digging or fouling. |
| Borders | Can be scattered across suitable border areas requiring protection from unwanted cat activity. |
| Soil | Useful for frequently disturbed areas after existing fouling and scratchings have been removed. |
| Gravel areas | Can be used on suitable gravel areas where cats repeatedly dig or foul. |
Before application, remove all existing animal fouling from the area that is going to be treated. Rake out holes and scratchings from soil or gravel surfaces so the area is ready for treatment.
Remove the seal beneath the cap before first use, then scatter the granules lightly over the area to be protected. The current stated application rate is approximately 3g per m².
Persistent cat behaviour may require continued treatment rather than a single application. Reapply in accordance with the current product label, particularly if the repellent effect has reduced.
Get Off Cat Repellent is intended only for use as an animal repellent. Always read the current label before application and follow all instructions, precautions and disposal guidance supplied with the product.
Cat fouling can become particularly frustrating when the same lawn, flower bed or border is repeatedly targeted. Simply removing the mess does not necessarily change the animal's established behaviour.
Get Off Cat Repellent provides a simple way to make these locations less attractive. Used consistently and according to the label, it can form part of a practical approach to discouraging cats from scratching, digging and fouling where they are not wanted.
