Why sieve compost for seed sowing?

Removing larger particles can help create a finer surface for small seeds and propagation work.

Can it be used with potting compost?

Yes, where a finer fraction of the growing medium is required for sowing or propagation.

Should all compost be sieved?

No. Only sieve where the crop or propagation method benefits from a finer texture.

How should the sieve be cleaned?

Remove growing-media residue after use and clean between batches where crop hygiene requires it.

What is a Plant Halo used for?

What plants can it be used with?

Use it with plants whose spacing and growth habit are compatible with the Halo's dimensions.

Does it replace normal watering checks?

No. Continue checking the growing medium and plant condition, adjusting irrigation to crop demand.

Can it be reused?

Yes, provided it remains in good condition and is cleaned appropriately between uses.
