We aim to make delivery and returns as efficient and straightforward as possible – so you can focus on growing, not chasing parcels.

Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders promptly, subject to stock availability. If we’re ever unable to supply your goods straight away, we’ll inform you of the expected lead time and give you the option to backorder or cancel.

Carriage is charged at cost and will vary depending on the size of your order and the delivery location. We'll always confirm carriage charges at the time of order.

Goods are delivered by a trusted network of third-party hauliers and couriers. While we always work to meet agreed delivery dates, we can't accept liability for delays caused by carriers.

We aim to deliver products in full carton or pallet quantities where applicable. If you have any specific requirements for how your goods are packed or delivered, please let us know at the time of ordering.

Returns

We hope everything arrives just as it should—but if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us directly for a returns reference before sending anything back.


You can get your returns number by emailing returns@creationhorticulture.co.uk or calling us on 01889 579444. We’ll guide you through the process from there.

When returning items, please ensure they’re in their original packaging with all components included. Don’t forget to include a brief description of the issue and your contact details. If we can’t replace the item, we’ll issue a credit to your account.
