Key benefits

  • Specialist tub & basket compost
  • Designed for seasonal container displays in tubs, baskets and other suitable planters
  • 75L professional bag size
  • Suitable for planned nursery and growing programmes

Recommended applications

Use this product for seasonal container displays in tubs, baskets and other suitable planters. The exact crop response will depend on plant species, container volume, irrigation, feeding and the wider production environment.

Using professional growing media

Fill pots, trays or planting areas evenly without unnecessary compaction. After planting, irrigate according to the crop and allow the medium to settle naturally around the root system.

Monitor moisture rather than watering solely to a fixed timetable. Water demand changes with crop size, temperature, light, airflow and container volume.

Nutrition & crop management

Where a growing medium contains a starter nutrient charge, its duration will vary with crop demand and irrigation. Establish an appropriate ongoing feeding programme for longer-term production rather than assuming the original nutrient supply will last indefinitely.

For specialist crops, match pH, nutrition and irrigation to the plant's requirements and current production guidance.

Storage & handling

Store bags in a suitable area before use and protect opened material from contamination. Avoid unnecessary compaction during handling so the physical structure of the growing medium is maintained.
