The Modiform 7680 is a professional thermoformed PET 6 pack in green, designed for commercial bedding plant and young plant production. Its six individual growing cells create a convenient production-to-retail multipack, while the compact format allows 12 packs to be arranged per Danish trolley shelf.
Each pack provides six separate growing positions, allowing individual plants to establish within their own cells while remaining grouped as a single unit for handling, stock control, order preparation and retail sale.
The 12 packs per Danish shelf configuration makes the 7680 particularly useful for commercial growers and plant distributors working with Danish trolley systems. A fully populated shelf can therefore accommodate up to 72 individual plants across 12 six-cell packs.
Manufactured from thermoformed PET and supplied in green, the Modiform 7680 provides the lightweight, consistent format required for high-volume professional horticultural production.
The packs are supplied in an outer case quantity of 400. A full pallet contains 4,200 packs.
Why choose the Modiform 7680 6 Pack?
- 6 individual growing cells - provides a separate position for each plant.
- Professional bedding pack - suitable for commercial bedding and young plant production.
- 12 packs per Danish shelf - designed for efficient use of professional plant trolley space.
- 72 plant positions per Danish shelf - when all 12 six-cell packs are fully populated.
- Production-to-retail format - suitable crops can remain grouped from nursery production through to sale.
- Thermoformed PET construction - lightweight and practical for high-volume horticultural handling.
- Green finish - familiar horticultural presentation for growing and retail environments.
- Efficient crop handling - six plants can be moved and organised as one unit.
- Simple stock counting - every fully populated pack represents six plants.
- Outer case quantity of 400 - commercial supply format for professional growers.
- 4,200 packs per pallet - suitable for substantial production programmes.
Six-cell format for professional plant production
The Modiform 7680 divides each pack into six individual growing positions. This allows each plant to occupy its own cell while keeping all six plants physically grouped within one pack.
For commercial nurseries, this creates a predictable production unit that is easier to count, organise and move than six separate containers. Packs can be allocated to particular varieties, colours, batches or customer orders as required.
The format is particularly suited to seasonal production programmes where large quantities of uniform multipacks need to progress efficiently through growing, order preparation, transport and retail.
12 packs per Danish trolley shelf
The Modiform 7680 is configured at 12 packs per Danish trolley shelf, providing a useful known quantity for commercial growers, wholesalers and plant distributors.
With six cells in each pack, one fully populated Danish shelf can carry up to 72 individual plants.
Known shelf quantities can help with trolley planning before dispatch, particularly when calculating the number of shelves or trolleys required for larger wholesale orders.
Ten fully loaded Danish shelves would represent 120 packs and up to 720 individual plants, making the format straightforward to scale for larger movements of stock.
Suitable for bedding plants & retail multipacks
The six-cell format can be used for a variety of appropriate crops where a compact multipack is required.
- Seasonal bedding plants
- Young flowering plants
- Seed-raised plants
- Suitable rooted cuttings
- Herbs
- Vegetable starter plants
- Retail bedding multipacks
- Seasonal planting selections
Crop suitability will depend on the species, growth rate, root development and the period for which the plants are intended to remain within the pack.
Production-to-retail multipack presentation
The six-cell format provides growers with a practical way to combine production efficiency with a defined customer-facing sales unit.
Where suitable for the crop, plants can remain grouped within the pack through appropriate stages of growing, handling and wholesale distribution before being presented for retail sale.
For garden centres and other plant retailers, each pack provides customers with six individual plants in a convenient format for beds, borders, containers and seasonal planting schemes.
Efficient counting, handling & distribution
Known pack and shelf quantities make the Modiform 7680 useful for commercial stock control. Each fully populated pack represents six plants and each full Danish shelf represents 12 packs.
This means 100 packs provide positions for 600 plants, while a complete outer case of 400 packs provides 2,400 individual plant positions.
Complete packs can be moved between suitable growing, holding, order assembly and dispatch areas without separating the individual plants, helping maintain organised production batches.
Commercial case & pallet quantities
The Modiform 7680 is supplied in quantities intended for professional horticultural production.
The outer case quantity is 400 packs. With six cells per pack, one complete case provides 2,400 individual plant positions.
The pallet quantity is 4,200 packs. At six cells per pack, a full pallet provides up to 25,200 individual plant positions.
These known quantities make it easier for commercial growers to plan production requirements and for wholesalers to calculate larger-volume orders.
