Unit price / perThe Lumatek Daisy Chain 5m Control Cable is the genuine control link cable for connecting compatible Lumatek controllable LED fixtures together in series, allowing multiple lights to receive a stable and precise control signal.
Designed specifically for Lumatek's controllable LED lighting platform, the cable connects the Signal Out port of one compatible fixture to the Signal In port of the next. This allows a row or group of fixtures to be daisy-chained rather than requiring a separate controller connection to every light.
The cable uses M12 self-locking male and female connectors to provide a secure connection between fixtures and has a generous 5 metre length, providing flexibility when positioning lights across larger propagation, nursery and controlled-environment installations.
This is Lumatek product code LUMM0015 and is IP65 rated for additional protection in demanding growing environments.
Why choose the Lumatek 5m Daisy Chain Control Cable?
Connect Lumatek LED fixtures in series
The Daisy Chain Control Cable is used between compatible Lumatek LED fixtures once the first fixture has been connected to the appropriate lighting controller.
Simply connect the M12 self-locking male plug to the Signal Out connection on the first LED fixture, then connect the M12 self-locking female plug to the Signal In connection on the next fixture.
Additional compatible fixtures can then be linked in sequence using additional LUMM0015 cables, creating an organised control network across a multi-light installation.
Centralised Lumatek lighting control
Daisy-chaining is particularly useful in larger lighting installations because it allows multiple compatible fixtures to receive their control signal through a single linked network.
When used with the appropriate Lumatek controller and compatible LED fixtures, this arrangement allows supported lighting-control functions to be applied across groups of connected lights without individually wiring every fixture directly back to the controller.
Lumatek's Control Panel Plus 2.0 system can control up to 100 compatible fixtures across two zones, with up to 50 fixtures per zone. The exact controller cable and configuration required depends on the version of the Lumatek fixtures and controller being used.
How to install the Lumatek Daisy Chain Cable
Control cable, not a driver extension cable
The LUMM0015 should not be confused with Lumatek's LED driver extension cables. This product is specifically designed to link the control signal between compatible LED fixtures.
If the objective is to position a Lumatek LED driver remotely from its fixture, a different Lumatek extension cable is required. Likewise, the cable used between the lighting controller and the first fixture can differ according to the controller and fixture generation.
Check the model and connection ports on existing Lumatek equipment before ordering accessories for older installations.
Built for professional lighting installations
Lumatek specifies the LUMM0015 using UL 2464 3 x 22AWG cable with an IP65 rating. The cable has been designed to maintain a reliable control connection in environments where lighting equipment may operate for long periods under demanding conditions.
The self-locking M12 connectors also provide a more secure connection than a loose push-fit control plug, particularly where multiple fixtures and cables are installed overhead.

Lumatek Daisy Chain 5m Control Cable FAQs
What is the Lumatek 5m Daisy Chain Cable used for?
It links compatible Lumatek controllable LED fixtures together so the control signal can pass from one fixture to the next within a multi-light installation. What is the Lumatek product code?
The official Lumatek product code for the 5m Daisy Chain Control Cable is LUMM0015. How long is the cable?
The cable is 5 metres long, allowing useful spacing between compatible fixtures in professional lighting installations. What connectors does the cable use?
The LUMM0015 uses M12 self-locking male and female connectors. The cable connects the Signal Out port of one compatible fixture to the Signal In port of the next. Is this a power cable?
No. This is a control link cable used for communication between compatible Lumatek LED fixtures. It does not replace the fixture's mains power connection. Is this the cable for connecting the driver remotely?
No. Lumatek uses a different extension-cable accessory when the LED driver needs to be positioned remotely from the fixture. LUMM0015 is specifically the daisy-chain control cable between compatible fixtures. How many cables do I need?
For a conventional daisy-chain arrangement, one LUMM0015 cable is required between each additional compatible fixture after the first. For example, linking two fixtures together requires one daisy-chain cable between them. Is the cable IP rated?
Yes. Lumatek specifies the LUMM0015 Daisy Chain Control Cable as IP65 rated. Can it be used with the Lumatek Control Panel Plus 2.0?
Yes, as part of a compatible Lumatek LED control installation. The cable between the controller and the first fixture is a separate controller cable, while LUMM0015 links subsequent compatible fixtures together. How many fixtures can a Lumatek Control Panel Plus 2.0 manage?
Lumatek specifies control of up to 100 compatible fixtures across two independent zones, with up to 50 fixtures in each zone. The correct cables and compatible fixture versions must be used. How do I know whether my Lumatek LED is compatible?
Check the fixture for compatible Signal In and Signal Out connections and confirm its model and generation against Lumatek's current accessory guidance. This is particularly important with older versions of Lumatek LED equipment. Can several 5m cables be used in the same installation?
Yes. Additional LUMM0015 cables are used to continue the daisy chain from one compatible fixture to the next.

Unit price / perThe Lumatek 30W UV Supplemental LED Bar is a dedicated UVA and UVB lighting module designed to supplement compatible Lumatek Zeus full-spectrum LED fixtures during the flowering stage.
Rather than replacing the main full-spectrum light source, the 30W UV Bar adds carefully targeted ultraviolet wavelengths to an existing Zeus lighting system. It combines UV-A from 315-400nm with UV-B from 280-315nm, while producing no UV-C radiation.
The unit has been specifically designed to mount directly onto Lumatek Zeus LED fixtures, creating a clean integrated lighting system without requiring a separate overhead fixture. An integrated 30W driver, passive thermal management and IP65 construction make it a purpose-built professional lighting accessory.
Multiple UV bars can also be connected in series using the separately available Lumatek UV Bar Daisy Chain Cable, with support for up to 30 units in a daisy chain.
Why choose the Lumatek 30W UV Supplemental LED Bar?
Targeted UVA & UVB supplementation
Conventional full-spectrum horticultural LEDs concentrate primarily on photosynthetically active radiation. The Lumatek UV Bar extends the lighting programme beyond this conventional spectrum by introducing ultraviolet wavelengths.
The fixture produces UV-A between 315 and 400nm and UV-B between 280 and 315nm. Lumatek specifies output of approximately 12,000mW UVA and 100mW UVB.
Importantly, the fixture is designed specifically for UVA and UVB supplementation and does not produce UV-C radiation.
Designed for strategic flowering-stage use
Lumatek developed the 30W UV Supplemental LED Bar to augment its Zeus full-spectrum lighting systems during flowering rather than to operate as the primary crop light.
Ultraviolet light should therefore be regarded as a controlled supplementary treatment. Exposure duration, distance and crop response all matter, and more UV is not automatically better.
Growers introducing UV supplementation should follow Lumatek's current application recommendations rather than simply operating the bars for the entire main lighting photoperiod.
Designed for Lumatek Zeus LED fixtures
The 30W UV Bar has been designed to fit directly into compatible Lumatek Zeus fixtures. Lumatek recommends using multiple bars to achieve appropriate distribution across the footprint of its larger full-spectrum LEDs.
The manufacturer's recommended arrangement includes a minimum of two 30W UV bars with compatible Zeus fixtures covering larger production areas. The exact number required depends on the Zeus model and installation.
This modular design allows an existing Zeus lighting installation to be upgraded with targeted UV output without replacing the main full-spectrum fixture.
Daisy-chain multiple UV bars
Each UV bar incorporates an input and output connection so multiple units can be linked together in series.
Lumatek specifies daisy-chain capability for up to 30 UV bars. This is particularly useful in larger commercial installations where numerous supplementary fixtures need to be powered in an organised arrangement.
The required 4m power cable and 1.5m UV Bar Daisy Chain Cable are sold separately. This allows the installation to be configured according to the number and position of bars required.
Integrated driver & passive cooling
The Lumatek UV Bar contains its own integrated 30W, 220-240V AC driver, helping keep the installation compact and straightforward.
Heat is managed through a passive heatsink rather than a cooling fan. This removes moving cooling components and allows the bar to operate silently.
Airflow around the fixture should not be restricted. Lumatek warns that excessive heat build-up can significantly reduce the service life of the UV LEDs.
Important UV safety information
This product emits ultraviolet radiation. UVA and particularly UVB require different handling considerations from conventional visible horticultural lighting.
Avoid unnecessary exposure of skin and eyes to operating UV fixtures and follow all safety instructions supplied by Lumatek. The bars should be switched off before carrying out work that would place people directly beneath or close to the UV source.
Do not look directly at operating UV LEDs. Do not connect or disconnect the fixture while it is under electrical load, and allow adequate airflow around the bar during operation.
The IP65 rating does not mean the product is intended for outdoor use or immersion. Lumatek specifies the fixture for appropriate climate-controlled indoor environments.
