A stage-specific base nutrient for establishment, vegetative growth and the transition into flowering, formulated for soil, pre-fertilised soil and compatible soilless growing media.

Advanced Nutrients Sensi Terra Part One is the first component of the Sensi Terra two-part liquid base nutrient programme. Developed specifically for European growers, it provides the nutritional foundation from early plant establishment through vegetative development and into the flowering transition.

Sensi Terra Part One has an NPK of 2.6-1.1-3.1 and combines its primary nutrients with a comprehensive micronutrient package. Advanced Nutrients uses high levels of chelation to help keep essential nutrition readily available to the crop while maintaining a relatively low-salinity feed.

Unlike a conventional A+B nutrient where both bottles are routinely dosed together, Sensi Terra uses two formulas sequentially. Start with Part One during vegetative development and the transition into flowering, then move to Part Two once active flowering becomes established.

Why choose Sensi Terra Part One?

  • Stage-specific base nutrition – formulated for establishment, vegetative development and the transition into flowering.
  • 2.6-1.1-3.1 NPK – provides a nutrient profile developed around the demands of earlier crop development.
  • High micronutrient availability – incorporates chelated micronutrients to support efficient plant uptake.
  • Reduced salinity – formulated to provide the nutrition crops require with less unnecessary salt loading.
  • Improved pH stability – designed to reduce pH fluctuations within the feeding programme.
  • Designed for European growing media – particularly suited to soil, pre-fertilised soil and compatible soilless blends.
  • Hard and soft water compatible – developed for use across differing European source-water conditions.
  • Part of a complete crop-stage programme – Part One leads into Sensi Terra Part Two as flowering becomes established.

When should Sensi Terra Part One be used?

Sensi Terra Part One covers the earlier portion of the crop cycle. It can be introduced at a lighter concentration during establishment before becoming the primary base feed throughout active vegetative growth.

Continue using Part One as the crop moves from vegetative development into the flowering transition. This is important because Advanced Nutrients does not treat the change from vegetative to reproductive growth as an immediate switch in nutritional requirements.

Once flowering is properly established, move to Sensi Terra Part Two. Part Two changes the nutrient balance by reducing nitrogen and increasing the emphasis on phosphorus and potassium for the flowering portion of the programme.

Using crop development rather than fixed calendar weeks makes the Sensi Terra programme more useful across horticultural crops with different growth rates and flowering periods.

How to use Sensi Terra Part One

Shake well before use. During early establishment, begin with a lighter concentration appropriate to young plants before increasing the feed as active vegetative growth develops.

During established vegetative growth, use approximately 3–5.5ml per litre. As the crop becomes more established and progresses towards and through the flowering transition, the Part One rate increases to 5–7ml per litre.

For a 10L feed solution, 3–5.5ml/L is equivalent to 30–55ml. At the stronger 5–7ml/L rate, use 50–70ml per 10L.

For soil and compatible soilless media, the Sensi Terra programme is typically applied 2–4 times per week according to crop requirements. Once active flowering becomes established, change from Part One to Sensi Terra Part Two.

Advanced Nutrients Sensi Terra Part One FAQs

What is Advanced Nutrients Sensi Terra Part One?

Sensi Terra Part One is the first component of the Advanced Nutrients Sensi Terra liquid base nutrient programme. It provides nutrition during establishment, vegetative development and the transition into flowering.

What is the NPK of Sensi Terra Part One?

Sensi Terra Part One has an NPK analysis of 2.6-1.1-3.1.

How much Sensi Terra Part One should I use?

During established vegetative growth, use approximately 3–5.5ml/L. Increase to 5–7ml/L as crop demand increases and plants progress towards and through the flowering transition.

How much Sensi Terra Part One do I need for 10 litres?

At 3–5.5ml/L, use 30–55ml for 10 litres of feed solution. At the stronger 5–7ml/L rate, use 50–70ml per 10 litres.

When do I switch from Sensi Terra Part One to Part Two?

Continue with Part One through vegetative development and the flowering transition. Switch to Part Two once active flowering becomes established and the crop moves into the main reproductive phase.

Do I mix Sensi Terra Part One and Part Two together?

No. Sensi Terra uses the two formulas sequentially. Part One is used during earlier crop development and the flowering transition, before Part Two takes over during established flowering.

Can Sensi Terra Part One be used in pre-fertilised soil?

Yes. The Sensi Terra range was specifically developed for soil, including pre-fertilised soils, and compatible soilless blends.

Can Sensi Terra Part One be used with hard water?

Yes. Sensi Terra is formulated for use with both hard and soft water.

Is Sensi Terra Part One a complete crop-cycle nutrient?

It provides the base nutrition for the earlier stages of the Sensi Terra programme, but the complete crop-cycle system also uses Sensi Terra Part Two once active flowering is established.

What is the difference between Sensi Terra Part One and Part Two?

Part One has a nutrient profile designed for establishment, vegetative growth and the flowering transition. Part Two changes that profile for established flowering, with reduced nitrogen and greater emphasis on phosphorus and potassium.
