Advanced Nutrients CarboLoad combines simple and complex carbohydrates to support the biological activity around the root zone. Its carbohydrate blend provides a readily available food source for beneficial microbes, helping maintain the conditions these microorganisms need to thrive alongside a complete plant nutrition programme.
The formula combines complex carbohydrates derived from a proprietary gum extract with carefully selected simple carbohydrates, including glucose and xylose. Advanced Nutrients specifically links these carbohydrates with beneficial microbial activity, nutrient absorption and support for terpene and essential oil development.
CarboLoad is not a base nutrient or PK booster. Instead, it is a 0-0-0 carbohydrate supplement designed to complement the existing feeding programme. At the recommended 2ml/L rate, this 5L commercial-size container provides enough concentrate for approximately 2,500 litres of nutrient solution.
CarboLoad is particularly useful for growers running biologically active root zones or using microbial supplements. Its carbohydrate blend provides a food source for beneficial microorganisms, making it a natural companion to root-zone products such as beneficial bacteria and fungi.
The current Advanced Nutrients programme uses CarboLoad throughout vegetative development and active flowering, then withdraws it for the final flush. For 10L of nutrient solution, use 20ml. For 50L, use 100ml. For a 100L reservoir, use 200ml. Commercial growers preparing 500L of solution will require 1 litre of CarboLoad.
